Rapid Briefing is a free, simple two-page introduction to the rules for Top Secret: New World Order.

It contains all the rules you need to get started playing right away, and is also a helpful "cheat sheet" for experienced players to keep at the table.

A blank character sheet is included, along with a link to an online character generator.

These are the starter rules only, completely compatible with the full rules for Top Secret: New World Order.
